A proud Shepparton local, wife and mother of two, Nurse Olivia completed her Bachelor of Nursing at La Trobe University in 2013, specialising in Anaesthetics and working within the Theatre Department. Her passion for cosmetic nursing developed while working closely alongside respected Australian Plastic Surgeons.
Through extensive mentoring and ongoing professional development, Olivia has refined a considered approach to aesthetics, one that prioritises patient safety, facial balance and natural results. With experience treating over 4,500 patients, her philosophy centres on subtle refinement rather than over-treatment.
Since founding ANO Cosmetics & Skin in 2020, Olivia has grown the clinic into a trusted regional destination for advanced skin and cosmetic care, ensuring patients in Shepparton and surrounding areas have access to high-quality, ethical treatment in a warm and nurturing environment.

Amy is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University and postgraduate studies in Cosmetic Nursing through AACDS. She gained valuable experience working within leading Melbourne skin clinics, where she developed a strong foundation in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments.
Amy believes in enhancing natural features rather than altering appearances. Her approach is thoughtful, precise and personalised, ensuring each treatment plan supports both immediate results and long-term skin health.

One of only a small number of qualified Dermal Clinicians in the Shepparton region, Amy works closely alongside our Registered Nurses to help patients achieve their skin and aesthetic goals.
She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Health Sciences (Dermal Therapies) and a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) from the Australian Dermal Science Institute, and brings over four years of experience treating complex skin conditions using evidence-based methodologies.
Amy’s expertise includes pigmentation, acne, barrier dysfunction, skin ageing and advanced laser therapies, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, clinically informed skin care.

Nurse Samantha is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and qualified Dermal Clinician, bringing together strong medical foundations with advanced skin expertise.
With over twelve years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, Samantha has an extensive background in wound management and cancer care. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University and has completed her qualifications in Dermal Science, allowing her to deliver comprehensive, results-driven skin treatments grounded in clinical understanding.
Samantha specialises in skin revision, barrier repair, and the management of complex skin conditions, with a strong focus on DMK skin revision protocols and long-term skin health. Her approach is methodical and personalised, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to each patient’s skin function, concerns and goals.
By combining her nursing experience with dermal clinical expertise, Samantha plays a key role in supporting patients through corrective skin journeys that prioritise safety, education and sustainable results.

Nurse Maigan plays a key role in expanding the clinical depth of care at ANO Cosmetics & Skin, allowing us to support patients holistically across skin, cosmetic and dermatology-aligned services.
She provides in-clinic skin checks, skin tag and benign lesion removal, lymphatic drainage therapy and GTT testing, bringing over 10 years of experience in the medical industry with a strong background in advanced wound management and skin cancer care.
Nurse Maigan holds a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University and has collaborated closely with leading skin cancer doctors throughout her career. She is a proud member of Wounds Australia, the Skin Cancer College Australasia, and Australia’s Skin and Wound Alliance.
Her passion for skin cancer education, early detection and lower leg ulcer management allows ANO to bridge the gap between aesthetics, skin health and medical-grade care, something deeply needed within the Shepparton and Goulburn Valley community.

Grace leads the marketing, brand strategy and patient experience at ANO Cosmetics & Skin. She holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing and Management from La Trobe University in Shepparton and brings extensive experience across print, radio and digital marketing.
Dedicated to growing ANO’s brand with integrity, Grace ensures every touchpoint reflects trust, professionalism and care. She oversees campaigns, communications and digital presence, working closely with the clinical team to translate treatments into clear, patient-focused education.
Grace is also the primary point of contact for business collaborations, partnerships and opportunities, and coordinates ANO’s events, from educational evenings to community and charity initiatives, strengthening ANO’s connection with the regional community.
Her approach to marketing is grounded in the belief that a brand should feel safe, consistent and human, supporting patient confidence long before they step into the clinic.

Annie is the welcoming presence at the heart of ANO Cosmetics & Skin and the first point of contact for all patient enquiries. With an extensive career in customer service and a background in interior design, she brings warmth, organisation and exceptional attention to detail to every patient interaction.
Annie has a deep understanding of the treatments and skincare offered at ANO, allowing her to confidently guide patients through bookings, treatment pathways and general enquiries. She works closely with our nurses and dermal clinicians to ensure each visit feels seamless from start to finish.
She also plays an integral role in the design, flow and functionality of the clinic, helping create the calm, considered environment ANO is known for.
