A proud Shepparton local, wife and mother of two, Nurse Olivia completed her Bachelor of Nursing at La Trobe University in 2013, specialising in Anaesthetics while working within the Theatre Department.
With experience treating over 5,500 patients, Olivia is known for her considered and ethical approach to aesthetics, one that prioritises patient safety, facial balance and natural, long-lasting results. These principles guide not only her own treatments, but the clinical standards upheld throughout ANO Cosmetics & Skin.
Since founding ANO Cosmetics & Skin in 2020, Olivia has grown the clinic from a single treatment room into a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced skin and cosmetic care to patients across Shepparton and the wider Goulburn Valley. Under her leadership, ANO has become a trusted regional destination for medically guided aesthetic care, with a team of nurses and dermal clinicians who share the same patient-first approach.
Beyond the clinic, Olivia is recognised as an active contributor within the aesthetics industry. She has been invited to participate in education panels, professional discussions and speaking engagements, and regularly contributes to clinical education through platforms such as Cutera University. Olivia and ANO Cosmetics & Skin have also been featured in publications including Vogue Australia, SPA+CLINIC and The Modern Muse Magazine.

One of only a small number of qualified Dermal Clinicians in the Shepparton region, Amy works closely alongside our Registered Nurses to help patients achieve their skin and aesthetic goals.
She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Health Sciences (Dermal Therapies) and a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) from the Australian Dermal Science Institute, and brings over four years of experience treating complex skin conditions using evidence-based methodologies.
Amy’s expertise includes pigmentation, acne, barrier dysfunction, skin ageing and advanced laser therapies, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, clinically informed skin care.

Nurse Samantha is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and qualified Dermal Clinician, bringing together strong medical foundations with advanced skin expertise.
With over twelve years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, Samantha has an extensive background in wound management and cancer care. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University and has completed her qualifications in Dermal Science, allowing her to deliver comprehensive, results-driven skin treatments grounded in clinical understanding.
Samantha specialises in skin revision, barrier repair, and the management of complex skin conditions, with a strong focus on DMK skin revision protocols and long-term skin health. Her approach is methodical and personalised, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to each patient’s skin function, concerns and goals.
By combining her nursing experience with dermal clinical expertise, Samantha plays a key role in supporting patients through corrective skin journeys that prioritise safety, education and sustainable results.
A passion for skin revision, barrier health and evidence-based care
Nurse Maigan plays a key role in expanding the clinical depth of care at ANO Cosmetics & Skin, allowing us to support patients holistically across skin, cosmetic and dermatology-aligned services.
She provides in-clinic skin checks, skin tag and benign lesion removal, lymphatic drainage therapy and GTT testing, bringing over 10 years of experience in the medical industry with a strong background in advanced wound management and skin cancer care.
Nurse Maigan holds a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University and has collaborated closely with leading skin cancer doctors throughout her career. She is a proud member of Wounds Australia, the Skin Cancer College Australasia, and Australia’s Skin and Wound Alliance.
Her passion for skin cancer education, early detection and lower leg ulcer management allows ANO to bridge the gap between aesthetics, skin health and medical-grade care, something deeply needed within the Shepparton and Goulburn Valley community.

Imogene is a passionate emerging practitioner who is developing her skills alongside our experienced team of Dermal Clinicians and Registered Nurses at ANO Cosmetics & Skin.
She holds an Associate Degree in Dermal Science and is currently in her second year of completing her Bachelor of Nursing, bringing together a strong foundation in skin science with a growing interest in medical aesthetics and patient care.
As a local young professional, Imogene is deeply passionate about the aesthetics and skin industry and is excited to continue expanding her knowledge under the mentorship of our highly experienced clinical team.
Within the clinic, Imogene supports a range of treatments and patient care pathways while continuing to build her expertise in skin health, treatment preparation and clinical practice.

Annie is the welcoming presence at the heart of ANO Cosmetics & Skin and the first point of contact for all patient enquiries. With an extensive career in customer service and a background in interior design, she brings warmth, organisation and exceptional attention to detail to every patient interaction.
Annie has a deep understanding of the treatments and skincare offered at ANO, allowing her to confidently guide patients through bookings, treatment pathways and general enquiries. She works closely with our nurses and dermal clinicians to ensure each visit feels seamless from start to finish.
She also plays an integral role in the design, flow and functionality of the clinic, helping create the calm, considered environment ANO is known for.
