3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We accept card payments, EFTPOS, and any methods available through our booking/payment system.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Medical Consultations & Skin Treatments

Some services may require a personalised consultation. By booking with us, you agree to:

5. Refund & Returns Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to provide refunds for:

Change of mind
Used/opened skincare products
Completed services

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days and we’ll organise a return or replacement.

6. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.
